I was recently fired from there restuarant because they had me out on 7 deliveries and in icy weather on my third day and I didn't know the area. And customer complained food was too late.What do you do if a chinese business doesn't pay you your final pay?
Depends on State law, and you didn't say where you are.
The first answer is obviously wrong... of course you are entitled to your final pay, no matter what State you are in.
In some States the labor board or whatever it may be called will help you collect, in some you will have to sue in small claims court. In some States there are additional penalties for late payment of final checks, in some there are not.
Just as an example, in my State - CA - if they fire you they have to pay you a full days pay for every day they are late in paying you your final check.
