Is there any disadvantages of getting my b7 audi a4 chipped?

any disadvantages? my car is 100% stock...what should be some performance parts i should get? i have a 2008 audi a4 2.0turboIs there any disadvantages of getting my b7 audi a4 chipped?I would highly recommend a GIAC race chip ($500 including installation) , borla exhaust system ($1100), Apexi cold air intake ($80), really it depends on how much you have to spend. If your pockets are deep enough why not shell out a few grand and upgrade your turbo.
