Catalytic Converter Blows on my 6 year old Audi, still covered under a comprehensive Extended Warranty?

Is the Catalytic Converter considered wear and tear? or is this something I can expect to be fixed as it should? I JUST PICKED UP MY VEHICLE TODAY FROM A 1500 DOLLAR TIMING BELT JOB and the car suddenly began to sputter and shake lightly while the check engine light started flashing. Car has 83000 miles, and is under warranty until 90,000. What would one expect?Catalytic Converter Blows on my 6 year old Audi, still covered under a comprehensive Extended Warranty? It doesn't sound like the converter. Get it back to the dealer or whoever done the timing belt.Catalytic Converter Blows on my 6 year old Audi, still covered under a comprehensive Extended Warranty?Sounds more like something came undone after the timing job. Could be a vacuum line or a connector came un plugged. Take it back and have them look it over.Catalytic Converter Blows on my 6 year old Audi, still covered under a comprehensive Extended Warranty? If you don't have emissions testing in your state I'd just ignore it. You get better performance with it out.
