How to fix problem with my audi a4?

The issue that i have right now is that, a few weeks ago water leaked inside my car on the drivers sides footwell, after it i dried it up my cars power windows, internal lights, central locking system, trunk release, keyless entry, and my dashboard displays that i have my hood open when its not. my car has gone crazy and i dont knnow what it could be or what i need to fix. does any one know any ideas of what i can do to fix it? i have a 2003 audi a4 3.0How to fix problem with my audi a4?Audis are junk and this is one reason.
