Ok my parents own a chinese resturant and today was super busy and i wanted to help my parents with the resturant and a Mexican lady call in and said she wants a delivery to the hotel and I ask her what's the room number and she said 312 and she said she wants to pay over the phone with her credit card then my dad went to deliver to food to the hotel and at the same time the lady call and said she didn't received the food and I ask her whats the room number and this time she said room302 and at the same time my dad came back and I ask him about it and he said a white lady answer the door not a mexican lady and sign the credit card paper! So I am worried if my parents will get in trouble or me (sorry for my English)What will happen?! Please help!?
Your parents should call to Mexican lady and confirm the Correct door number, as she has already paid the bill , so no worry i think shed had been called you already yet. Ensure that next time you listen address tell customer to spell it eg: 3 0 2What will happen?! Please help!?
