Is my 2000 audi tt fwd a non interference engine?

I was recently driving when all of a sudden my car shuts off. The car wouldn't even crank and when we checked the timing belt the tensioner was loose and and the belt was missing a tooth. I just wanna know if my valves got messed up or not, just so I can start crying already. I'm gonna change the timing belt this week but I just wanna know if anyone knows if I'm still safe or pretty much screwed. Thanks guys! Oh and there no funky smells of anything after the motor shut off.Is my 2000 audi tt fwd a non interference engine?It is an interference motor, but you should be fine.
