Ordered Food Delivery, paid by card, took the money and never sent the food?

Ordered Chinese Food last night, they usually arrive within 30 minutes of ordering. after an hour of waiting, call the restaurant. They claim they have a new driver and the food be here in 5 minutes. another 45 minutes later, still no food. Call again, "You want to cancel order?", we say no, we already paid, we'd like the food. They say "Driver be there in 5 minutes." Another hour goes by, still no food but the money is taking out of the bank account already. Call up the restaurant again and no answer. We've purchased from this place for over 4 years. Never had this problem. How do we go about getting the $ back?Ordered Food Delivery, paid by card, took the money and never sent the food?
