My buddy has just told me he was sent home from a job delivering chinese food. From what I gathered, he told me he was sent out on 7 packages of chinese food in icy conditions. He was told by the person who sent him home that he was to slow. My buddy has been delivery food for the chinese for over two years, it is his 3 rd day and he is still learning the area. My buddy tells me , too, that the person who sent him on his way, was young, and was being rude and disrespectful to him the whole time, using her hands, both , to signal , "go, take all bags", without any communication. for example, these go togehter. Or, I understand your new, let me help, these go together." On the last delivery of the seven, the customer complained about a kitchen mistake. So, i would like to know who you think is right and wrong in a situation involving my buddy of 2 years exp delivery food, which on this particular night was driving in icy conditions and sent home for the packages 7 total that she assigned using just her hands and no words and which that kitchen mistake was reported on the last. Oh yah, it was only his 3 rd day.Who is right in this situation?
That's outrageous, they haven't treated your bud v well at all, they obviously know the roads are icy and he's learning a new route. They could have informed the customers who called-we're busy/ roads are bad, so it might take a bit longer, is that ok? my local does that all the time, sometimes takes an hour or more, most people would understand if the food shop explained that. i certainly wouldn't want somebody crashing just to bring me dinner! phuck them, they don't deserve decent employee. hope he gets another job soon
