What should I do if I paid over the phone for my order delivery that never came?

I called 30min before closing time tonight with a small order of chinese food, total came to $16.50 cause they charge $2 to deliver. The lady took my debit card number over the phone to pay and told me itd be about 40min. They never showed up, they got my address and number, I tried calling multiple times but no answer.

If the charge comes through, you can dispute it with your bank.



You should call the restaurant tomorrow and calmly explain what happened, that you didn't get your food and you want to make sure that the charge wasn't put through.

if it hits your bank you can contact your bank to have it refunded. For tonight, it looks like you just might have to back away from the keyboard and scavenge for some food.
