I live in NYC, Queens and for the past 2 or 3 months I have been eating outside food...
I drink roughly 1 1/2 gallons of water a day because it helps me keep my body feeling fresh...
Anyway I've ordered a lot of different types of food like
From Chinese:
General Tso's chicken- though I know to avoid this
Egg Foo Young
Beef With Broccoli- I would think this is a good choice?
Dumplings - I like these but I know it's like tso's chicken
I was eating most of my calories during lunch while breakfast might just be something small like an apple, a slice of bread, and some yogurt and dinner would be more like a snack. Eating like this didn't cause any change in my weight and I drink plenty of water to flush out the sodium but I wasn't sure if there are better options for eating and a side note: my body performance wasn't changed, I could lift the same weights do the same amount of push ups etc.
I was also wondering how about these foods:
Gabbys Pizza- I know this is suppose to be decent but I don't find them all that tasty.
Dominoes- chain restaurant
Papa Johns - Ditto
Anything else I can find near zipcode 11432?What delivery foods are good?
Pizza hutWhat delivery foods are good?
Is there an indian restaurant near you nothing beats a good curry.
