every time i get Chinese take-out, delivery, or go to a buffet the chicken is always hard, thick, and small turd-shaped? it looks that way from every single chinese restaurant. One time i went to a chinese restaurant and sat in and the food was really fresh and good, but why does the chicken always look and feel weird and clumpy?Why does my Chinese food always look like turd?
